About Rivah Run
Rivah Run is a fun, open, 2-mile paddling event for children and adults of all ages (under 18 must be with adult).
Any type of paddle craft is eligible for this “POKER RUN.”
Beginning and ending at the Choptank River Yacht Club, each paddler stops at a series of five Dealer checkpoints to receive a playing card. At the finish, the best 5 card poker hand wins the first pick of prize options with a cash value of $750.
Local businesses have also contributed prizes for other winning poker hands.
Rivah Run is a Caroline Summerfest event presented by Caroline County Recreation & Parks in partnership
with Maryland Natural Resource Police, Underground Construction, and the Choptank River Yacht Club.

Rivah Run’s start & finish will be located at the Choptank River Yacht Club
Launch Date: Saturday, August 17th
Launch Time: TBD
Check in opens 45 minutes prior to launch time.
Breakfast & lunch post-paddle eats available ($.)
Bottled drinks and water complimentary.
Event T-Shirts to all individuals registered by July 31st!
