Come help us celebrate 30 years of magic!
August 17 – 5 to 10 pm
August 18 – 2 to 9 pm
Caroline Summerfest is FREE. It is also a Pet-Free, Alcohol-Free, and Wheel-Free event.
Furry family members should stay home and bikes, scooters and skateboards should be secured outside festival grounds.
Join us Friday and Saturday, August 17 and 18, 2018 as the 30th annual end of summer celebration unfolds on the streets of Downtown Denton. Check out the details here for the three stages of live entertainment, strolling performers, arts and crafts for the children, fireworks display, car show, and plenty of festival foods.
Free parking and shuttle bus transportation will be available from the Health and Public Services Building off 6th Street (across from Fire Hall) on both days.
Each year festival producers identify a theme. “It’s simply an effort to keep our programming ideas fresh”, commented Sue Simmons with Recreation and Parks, “and to keep it fun!” Local non-profit vendors are encouraged to decorate their booths for the theme to win the $100 cash prize for the best decorated booth.
